Server Access Agreement
By accessing this Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Use of or access to the Server shall constitute acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not access this Server.

1. User Conduct

2. Termination
The only right with respect to dissatisfaction with any policies, guidelines, or practices of the Server in operating the Server, or any change in Content, is for you to discontinue accessing the Server. The Server may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of the Server, without notice.

3. Your Account
You acknowledge and agree that the account provided by the Server to you so that you may access, utilize or otherwise enjoy the web site, and the password selected by and used by you in conjunction with the account, are to be kept secret and confidential. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY SERVER SITE CONTENT, OR WITH THE ACCESS AGREEMENT OF THE SERVER, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVER.
